Welcome to Bedazzled Dreams Design Company! • My average turnaround time is one to two weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. If I am able to get your order done sooner, I will certainly try to. • Rush orders are available for an additional charge of $10. If you need your order done sooner than my 1 to 2 week turnaround time, please let me know so I can add a rush fee and push your order to priority. • All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, fonts, etc. • Due to the customization of these items, all payments must be paid in full before I can begin the production process. Payments can be made via cash app, PayPal, square, or if you are a local customer, you're welcome to drop off cash or I can swipe your cc or debit card payments as well. • ALL sales are FINAL. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be NO REFUNDS once payment is made. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly. • Shipping is available through USPS. Standard shipping will include a tracking number, and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please be sure to let me know if you'll need your order shipped, so it can be added to your invoice. Pick up & drop offs are available for local customers in the DFW area. • I will complete your order in my timeline listed, unless otherwise communicated. Any questions or changes I may have, will be communicated to you. • I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to personal or professional circumstances. • Prices are subject to change.
